Every new meditation takes practice, especially advanced meditation recordings; use this recording multiple times to achieve the full effect of the meditation experience.
Pregnancy is a natural, beautiful process, and the Miracle of Birth is an exceptionally beautiful meditation recording developed with one specific purpose in mind: to assist the expectant mother to experience a happier, healthier pregnancy. It can also be a trauma-free experience both during the pregnancy term and during birth. The Volume 2 meditation recordings help to achieve the objectives of deep relaxation, pain reduction, and trauma-free birth. The recording and the included relaxation exercises promote a safe, protected, self-controlled meditative style.
The Miracle of Birth Volume 2 is for the last month of pregnancy, including an optional third track for use during the delivery process; some mothers begin as early as the 7th month of pregnancy as a preparatory process. (Volume 1, a separate album, is for the first eight months of pregnancy.) You may use Volume 2 for natural birth, for midwife-assisted birth, and for doctor-assisted birth,
The Miracle of Birth Volume 2 album includes three tracks: the first track provides an introduction and instructions. The second track is intended for use during the month prior to delivery, and it includes various relaxation techniques as a lead-in to the primary, trauma-free meditation recording.
This optional third track contains the same primary, trauma-free recording as the second track, yet all the introductory relaxation techniques have been removed; this allows the listener to set the music player (iPod, CD player, computer, etc.) to ‘repeat’ mode so as to play the recording on a continuous loop throughout the delivery for best results.
During the last month of pregnancy, this recording can be used safely by the mother every day and even multiple times in a single day. It is an excellent way to quiet the mind, relieve stress and tension, and assist your baby to sleep. You can also use this recording as you are going to sleep at night, unconsciously ignoring the instructions to open your eyes at the end of the recording.
It also can be used in a group setting, such as a preparatory class for natural child birth. Separate copies can be purchased and provided to expectant mothers by midwives and obstetricians as an aid to relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. (It cannot be duplicated, as this would violate the copyright.)
Please use the following recommended instructions:
Find a comfortable place to relax free from distractions for at least one-half hour.
At the end of the recording, simply open your eyes, feeling more relaxed and more comfortable. Remain in your comfortable meditation position for another five minutes to ensure that you are fully alert before attempting to get up. Your baby will likely be asleep, so taking your time rising will ensure that you do not awaken your baby.
