This meditative recording album was specifically developed for the listener who is interested in exploring their own past lives. It can also be used to examine significant memories from earlier in the current life. The recording includes two different approaches for accessing past lives; each approach incorporates preparatory/induction recordings, some of which are included separately in this Album. Preparatory/induction techniques are used to guide the listener into a deep, relaxed and safe state in preparation for the journey ahead.

Past Life Journeys can be accomplished as an observer (limited emotional impact) or through direct immersion into the past life (including all experiential emotions and senses). The first journey, Observations Through the Cookie Jar, follows the observer perspective: seeing, listening, aware of all that is happening, yet without the intense emotions which often accompany a full experiential journey.

There are many ways to access past lives; the 'observer' journey uses a simple 'cookie jar technique', which guides the listener through an easy, comfortable, safe process of constructing their own, one-of-a-kind cookie jar, which is then used to observe past memories of the current life and previous lives. The first Past Life Journey is a fairly short visit so that the listener can practice and gain experience with the concepts; at the end of the journey, the recording guides the listener to return to full beta consciousness.

The second ‘experiential’ Past Life Journey takes a very different approach from the ‘observer’ version. It guides the listener through several relaxation, deepening and protection techniques. Then the listener is guided through a nature experience which increases the listener’s ability to experience surroundings, maximizes sensory awareness, and enhances control over her or his personal vibration rate (frequency). Taking advantage of this deep level of relaxation and experiential awareness, the listener is guided into a past life of her or his choosing, focusing on experiential information which will enrich the journey and improve remembrance of the journey after the session ends. The second Past Life Journey is open-ended (does not guide the listener to return; allows the listener to awaken naturally).

Either recording may be used by individuals, hypnotherapists or meditation groups; neither recording is intended for business groups.
