Sweet Dreams guides the listener into an exceptionally deep meditative state which is consistent with a deep, comfortable sleep. It can be used by anyone who is feeling stressed, who has difficulty leaving the business of the day behind, or who simply wants a more comfortable night of sleep. Through the use of carefully choreographed audio techniques, first the body, then the mind, and finally the soul are guided into a deep, harmonious level of sleep.

Sweet Dreams can be used by anybody regardless of the level of experience with meditation, and frequent use will assist in developing meditation skills. Since its intent is to put the listener into a deeply relaxed state, it is not anticipated to be used by groups, although hypnotherapists may find it useful as a preparatory induction to relieve anxiety or work with sleep disorders.
