The three Group Meditations albums were developed specifically for use by meditation groups, although they also can be used by individuals. There are two primary meditation sessions in each album; various preparatory and relaxation techniques are incorporated at the beginning of each primary session and build upon one another to emphasize the listener’s control over the process and the safety of each technique; this strengthens trust between the listener and the meditative process.

Group Meditations are available as individual recordings or as three separate albums. Each of the primary meditation sessions (with the exception of the Energy Immersion non-vocal recording) includes at least four sequential preparatory/relaxation components combined into a single recording: simple relaxation technique + positive relaxation affirmations + deepening technique + the primary meditation. Depending on the nature of the primary meditation, one or more additional preparatory/relaxation components may be included.

If desired, Studio 717 can modify (add or remove) one or more of the primary meditation sessions by removing one or more preparatory/relaxation components (affirmations and deepening technique). Contact Studio 717 (www.studio717.com) for this custom service.
