The eSpirit recordings produced by John Kelly and Jeff Moen provide a wide range of guided meditations and personal meditative journeys. They are used by individual meditation sessions and for group meditations, including for businesses, hypnotherapists and soul therapists. Each album includes various individual preparatory or “induction” recordings, most of which have been incorporated into the full versions of the meditation recordings.

The eSpirit team has come to recognize the value of consolidating five of the preparatory recordings and wrapping them within Jeff Moen’s exceptional deep meditation background music. The "short version" includes the vocal guided meditation with all five relaxation and protection techniques. An "extended music ending" recording contains the same five vocal relaxation and protection techniques as the "short version", then the recording continues well beyond the end of the vocal relaxation techniques, providing additional private meditation time.

In this format, the collection becomes the perfect self-relaxation mechanism for individuals with any level of meditative experience, as well as for group meditations. It also makes an excellent induction recording which can be used by therapists as they prepare clients for guided meditation and even for guided hypnosis or hypnotherapy. Finally, the recording serves as a soothing mechanism for guiding individuals into a deep, relaxing sleep state while simultaneously clearing the mind and the energy field of accumulated stress, tension and anxiety.
