This second Past Life Journey incorporates preparatory/induction recordings, some of which are also included separately in this Album. It guides the listener into an exceptionally deep meditative state in preparation for an even longer journey into a past life. This second journey is open-ended (does not guide the listener to return; allows the listener to awaken naturally), thereby allowing the past life experience to run as long as needed. Individuals new to past life regression should practice with the Observer (first journey) recording several times to gain experience with the concepts until the experience becomes more natural.

This 'experiential' recording takes a very different approach from the 'observer' version. It guides the listener through several relaxation, deepening and protection techniques. Then the listener is guided through a nature experience which increases the listener’s ability to experience surroundings, maximizes sensory awareness, and enhances control over her or his personal vibration rate (frequency). Taking advantage of this deep level of relaxation and experiential awareness, the listener is guided into a past life of her or his choosing, focusing on experiential information which will enrich the journey and improve remembrance of the journey after the session ends.

The recording may be used by individuals, hypnotherapists or meditation groups; it is not intended for business groups.
