This highly effective preparatory/induction technique is used to enhance the listener’s stress-free state of relaxation and guide the listener to a significantly deeper, more comfortable, safer state of relaxation. This technique focuses on establishing safety and protection during the meditation and subsequent activities, which is especially useful and comforting for individuals new to meditation or induction processes.

The light ball is used to cleanse the energy systems of the body by establishing a free flow of pure white light energy throughout the body, removing all tensions, anxieties and other constraints which restrict the flow of energy through and around the body. The white light energy is then used to create a protective cocoon of white light surrounding the body and preventing access to the energy field by anything which is not pure and loving.
